Jeffery collides with thoughts of giant robots holding girls out castle windows when he awakes in a mental institution and can't remember how he got there. Strange things like being wrapped in a straight jacket and locked in a padded cell with a skeleton that stole his leg begin to surround him. He starts to wonder what goes on inside a straight jacket while being worn by someone, the kind of instruments that need to be taught science fiction lessons. Meanwhile, he is confronted by a sadistic guard named Tommy Bluesneakers and decides that he must escape. Accompanied by his new friends, the neighboring patients Street doctor =smile, Children8, and Flower, Jeffery sets out into the hidden tunnels beneath the institute while slowly starting to lose his mind. Then someone shouts, "Move over sailor " I can't really describe it.
